This means the Canucks Oct. 26 home opener will be at full capacity.
Provincial health officer Dr. Bonnie Henry has lifted capacity restrictions for all events – including concerts, sports events, weddings, parties and funerals.
Henry said this would take effect on Oct. 25. This means the Canucks Oct. 26 home opener will be at full capacity.
She said people will also be able to mingle in restaurants and pubs and not have to remain in their seats.
These restrictions do not apply to Northern Health because the COVID-19 pandemic is worse there.
People will still need to wear masks indoors, Henry said.
More to come.
